At Travx, we strive for the complete satisfaction of our customers. However, we understand that there may be times when you may wish to return an airstyler and receive a refund. Below you will find our refund policy, which is designed to assist you in returning the airstyler and obtaining an appropriate refund.
Refunds
1.1 Once we have received and verified the returned airstyler for compliance with our return policy, we will proceed to process your refund.
1.2 Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method you used when placing your order, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
1.3 Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the airstyler is defective or an error was made by Travx during the shipping process.
